The long-ish version
Sukka, but make it a roll.
That’s the whole idea, minus the packaging. Chicken sukka, ghee roast, sholay kebab — the Mangaluru food you already order — folded into something you can eat on the walk back to class.
The roll came first. Then the rice bowl, because jeera rice deserved the same masala. The momos got the treatment too; paneer and chicken both get butter. This isn’t a new cuisine. It’s the food from this street, packed for the ten-minute break.
Local remix. Same kitchen energy. No thali, no ceremony.

Landmark first
Start at the school.
Sharada Vidyalaya is the landmark. We are Shop No. 3 at Sai Sharada. Find the yellow wall. The rest is lunch.

Three moves. No table service, no performance.
Read the left side first.
Rolls come first because decisions are easier on an empty stomach. Start there.
Say paneer or chicken.
If the board says paneer/chicken, pick one. Same price either way. Egg or cheese is extra.
Wait by the fan.
Counter service. Watch for your name, take the short route back, and don’t let the roll go cold.
The menu is the queue’s only argument.
